My name is Candice Berry and I am the Executive Chef and Owner of Incredible Edibles Catering. We are a boutique catering company that specializes in upscale cuisine and extraordinary service, with East Coast flair unmatched by any caterer in this area.

I attended one of the nation’s best Culinary Arts programs at Johnson & Wales University in Miami, Florida. Afterwards, I began a boutique catering company in South Florida, catering to Miami’s elite, including many professional sports athletes. I have brought that same level of personalized service and attention to detail to the Wichita market. I am also a certified Personal Chef, for those who simply do not have time or energy for meal preparation at home. Our Personal Chef Service includes shopping, preparation, cooking, and serving of the evening meal, which offers the feeling of fine dining restaurant-style service in the comfort of your own home, plus we clean the kitchen afterwards. We also offer Meal Delivery Service, wherein we prepare meals and deliver them directly to you for immediate consumption or into your freezer along with re-heating directions.
 

Our niche is healthful yet delicious cuisine that we like to call “Floribbean” fare. It is a combination of the cultural richness  and ethnic diversity of South Florida and the Caribbean Basin. However, we are not limited to just this one region’s fare.  If a delicious grilled steak is your fancy, we offer all-natural, hormone- and steroid-free locally raised beef. If your love affair is with fresh fish, we offer the freshest seafood selection in town. We utilize organically-grown foods whenever possible, and we support local growers and food producers.
